Annina Mosimann (*1991, Bern) is a puppeteer, performer, musician and visual artist. She studied Fine Arts at HSLU Lucerne and Contemporary Puppetry at the Stuttgart University of Music and Performing Arts, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2021. She works as a freelance artist in her own projects and in various theater productions in Switzerland, Germany and France. Collaborations with Puppentheater Magdeburg, Elise Vigneron, Julika Mayer, Nicole Mossoux and Renaud Herbin, among others. In her own artistic work, she is particularly fascinated by themes of the unconscious and the dream and explores the interplay of sound and movement. The focus is on figures, objects, material and the human body. Her works move at the interface of performing and visual arts as well as experimental music.
